Returns
At Lampsaura.com, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you don’t like most products on our site, you can return them for a refund within 30 days (in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging).
We do not accept returns after 30 days. However, products (except lamps) are covered by our two-year manufacturer’s warranty. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original packaging and in new/unused condition. If you have already installed the product, you cannot return it.
NOTE: Custom models/products are also not eligible for a refund.

How do I make a return?
1. Please email us to let us know you need to return the product
Please provide the following information in your email:
- The order number you placed
- Information about the product you are returning
- Including product name, SKU, or link to the product’s website
- The reason for your return (whether you want a refund or a replacement item)
2. Processing your return
Our customer service staff will help you process your return or exchange within 24 hours after receiving your email.
3. Packaging
Please make sure the product is in the original, unused, undamaged original packaging. Make sure all parts of all returned products are completely sealed in the original packaging, including all original packaging materials. If this is not the case, we regret to say that we will not accept a refund.
4. Shipping
Before shipping, please take photos of the inside and outside of the package as a record to prove that the product is indeed in its original condition. We strongly recommend that you use an insured, trackable shipping method to return the product. For shipping, you can choose your own shipping company to send the product back to us. If you choose “Signature Required” for shipping, please make sure the freight forwarder allows us to sign on the back of the notification form so that they can re-ship without any problems.
NOTE:
- If it is a quality problem, you need to pay the shipping fee first, and we will refund the return shipping fee you paid and the product fee you paid in the store after confirming the problem.
- If the return is for reasons other than product quality, such as you don’t like the product or it doesn’t fit your space, in this case, the customer needs to mail the product to our warehouse at their own expense, and we will deduct the prepaid shipping costs from the refund (we will send you proof of payment of the prepaid shipping costs by email), and there are no other charges.
After the returned product arrives
- If there is no problem with the product, please take a photo of the receipt, attach the tracking number, and send it to service@www.lampsaura.com
- If you received a damaged product, please take a photo of the receipt, attach the tracking number and damage details, and send it to service@www.lampsaura.com
- After the returned product arrives, we will check it within 7 working days to see if it is intact. If the product is intact, we will refund or replace it. If the product is not intact, unfortunately we cannot refund.
Refund
We will process your refund within 7 working days after we receive the returned product and check that there is no problem with the product. If the refund is successful, we will send you a refund confirmation email. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
In addition, we will merge your previous payment channels and refund you in the same way. It takes 7-10 days for the refund to arrive. If you want to get a refund faster, you can contact your local banking service.
Note: We must get the goods back before we can get a refund. If for any reason we do not receive the goods, for example, if the customer refuses to return the goods, or the buyer does not accept the package, resulting in the package being destroyed, we will not be able to refund.
Exchange
Defective, damaged, misshipped, lost items:
- If you receive a defective, damaged or misshipped item, please email us and let us know that we need to replace the complete product. We will solve the problem for you within 24 hours after receiving your replacement product email, and the replacement product will be shipped within 9-14 natural days.
- As for the lost goods, please also email us, we will solve the problem for you within 24 hours after receiving your email, and the replacement product will be shipped within 9-14 natural days.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please email us in advance to let us know that you need to cancel the order before the order is shipped. We will cancel the order for you within 24 hours after receiving your email. Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped, but customized products cannot be canceled.
We will send you an order shipping confirmation email before shipping. If you do not receive the order shipping confirmation email, the order can be cancelled.
But if the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you still want to cancel after shipping, you can only wait until the product arrives before sending it to us. You can choose the return shipping method by yourself, and you need to provide us with photos of the package intact and provide us with a trackable shipping order number after shipping. We will confirm that the product is intact within 7 working days after receiving the package, and help you cancel the order to return your payment and refund the shipping fee you paid.
